Our AT's could improve in 0 to 60mph Times and in 1/4-Mile Times if we can get full throttle instantaneously in 1st Gear. How a vehicle responds in the first 60 feet will make or break our 0 to 60mph Times, also our 1/4-Mile Times. I know these are not race cars, but these AT's are so gutless in 1st Gear it's sad.

@OVTune or anyone else, how do those of us with AT's get Full Throttle in 1st Gear?
Is there some information that I am missing out on?
3rd Gens have been out for about 5-Years.

1rst gear throttle limiter tables are fully available in vF Tuner

 

no sarcasm, he's in an AT and you have at least one hard-running vid I've seen that is far beyond stock.

It was certainly pulling hard... 3rd to 4th needs some work! No damage other than the s*** streak in my underpants!

 

I edited First Gear Throttle Limiter tables with no success.

Here is a 0-60 comparison video for my 2019 stock sport.
For the record, I looked at the time while video editing and started just before the RPM needle moves and ends when the speedometer hits 60... for those who wonder about accuracy. Another note, I did the custom run first so I may have not hammered it as hard as I could have. I also did not reset AT when I flashed 2.0, not sure if some carried over. Also, the original audio wasn't that loud, so I thought the song would be a better touch. Just watch the needles!
First run is stock tune, second is OV 2.0 reg, and third is my custom that I am still tinkering with.
Results are in the video.

Great video. Question, does your truck not burn em off when you stomp on the pedal? I thought about making a video like this a while back. However, I don't have the ability or equipment/Knowledge to do it and secondly, if I stomp on my pedal my truck just burns em off until I let up. Nope, not with stock tires. 265/75/16 Dura-tracs. Anyways, nice work.

 

Nope, the response is/was pretty direct. Tires get rolling right away.

 

Hello everyone.

Effective today we are making a policy change on orders. Purchasing anything vF Tuner (credits, software, etc).
All digital sales are final at the time of order.

We have no choice but to do this because people keep ordering the wrong things and blaming us when they don't even read what they order. We get charged fees every time.

So effective October 2nd 2020 all digital sales are final at the time of order.
