Made some finadene, thanks @OneGiraffe , i didnt have access to ghost peppers but used some dried pequin, serrano and a red pepper. Seems like the markets get raided on peppers here. I used lemon juice, green onions, a little lemon zest, the peppers, and vinegar. Took a taste tonight, was really good. Now i need to make rice. Or something Thai

 

Yeah, it's damn good.

I bet...I dont know if id make a batch with them or not...lol I like spicy but not painful spicy. i was wanting some thai peppers but they were out in couple places i went to in town.good stuff

Looks great and glad you like it! I used it the other night as a dipping sauce for potstickers. That may have been a little painful as @Twizted mentioned

If you've got any Asian grocery stores nearby you can usually find Thai peppers in the freezer section. I try to always keep some on hand for when I don't have fresh accessible.

I am thinking of making some pork burger patties tonight and mixing in chopped green onion and the finadene. We'll see how it turns out.
