Thats awesome. I dont really watch the fights but I still think legends coming back in all fashions are pretty cool.

Kinda like when Micheal Vick filled in for the Steelers a few seasons ago. Didnt do bad either.

So the POS Ford EcoSport is gone. Not only was it running like shit and the CEL was on, I got in this afternoon to drive home from work and the fucking AC was out. 106 here today. Called Enterprise on the way there to ditch the shitbox.

Shitbox #2 is a Nissan Rogue, 26k miles on it. This is what I should have had in the first place. Or a Rav4. I like the Rogue overall so far but I absolutely HATE the fucking CVT in it. But it's only for a day.

Rear driveshaft will be done tomorrow morning. He had it welded up when I was leaving work but still had to balance it and clean/paint it. Said it would be ready sometime in the morning but tomorrow is my working Friday. Off at 2pm tho.

Oh and the Rogue is AWD with center diff lock and traction control. If you could get it without that shitty CVT, I'd consider that as a 2nd vehicle/commuter.

I like the Rogue. Everything but the stupid cvt like tou said. Drove my buddies for part of a trip and it just felt weird not having it shift gears.

And the Cvt in my friends sentra is about to explode so yeah, no rubber band transmissions for me. Especially from Nissan.

This one I actually feel shift. And it has a Sport mode where I can shift the gears myself. But you still feel it slipping. I just don't like the CVT at all.

And it looks like that is ALL Nissan is offering in their new SUV type vehicles now. Lame.

Could be fake shift points programmed in like other brands are doing with their CVTs. Makes mom cars feel fast I guess.

What even is the EcoSport. It's like an escape but worse? I see them eveywhere now and local dealers are advertising them like they're some road trip outdoorsy vehicle.

Fords solution to killing all of their sedans.

They also made the escape hideous and gave it a 3 cylinder engine.

So why couldn't you drive your runner? You had a front drive shaft that's all you need to drive the 4Runner. pop it in four high with no rear shaft and she's front wheel drive
