If it were me, I'd make sure the coolant was good, fill the tank to the tippy tippy top with non-ethanol gas, bag the air intake and exhaust loosely so it'll still breathe but no mice can get in, and then either put the battery on a tender or pull it and bring it inside. Then throw a harbor freight moving blanket or a sheet or something over it to keep the dust off. Some kind of material that won't accumulate moisture under it.

Got the engine out of my Duke last weekend. It's just been sitting on the bench so far. I've been busy rebuilding the lower part of the front suspension on my truck before the rain starts in again. Hopefully next week I will be able to get back to this and get it all torn down and figure out how many parts I actually need to buy.

Id do it if i could. But might just suggest start putting out mouse traps now to catch them. I know we have mice in our stand-alone garage but ive not had issues.

Looking forward to the new 2 car attached a lot

Move to a area where the weather doesn’t get miserable during the winter. Problem solved

I leave in on stands in the garage with a tender on. Get some Stabil and fill the tank.

Also, I havent washed the bike since I played in the mud a while ago. Still works fine
