i work retail so we always tell the new guys to get somthing out of Bin "X" (X being a bin number in the stock room that does not exist) its funny watching them wander around looking for something that is not there.

i also used to frequently tell people that our manager was looking for them asap, just to watch them panic and run around the store looking for the manager for no reason.

its also fun to stack all the chairs, tables, and trashcans in front of the bathroom door when someone goes to use the bathroom and wait for them to try and come out only to find out the door is blocked and they cant get out

ill add more to the list as i execute more shenanigans, which is usually a daily activity :D

If your in someplace that gets really cold outside. Like -40 or better. A quart of water poured under every tire and that car or truck is pretty much welded in place. If it's only two wheel drive it may not move till spring. Even getting it to move in four wheel drive will be a trick.

We would tell all the boots (new guys) that got to our platoon to go look for batteries for the chem lights (glow sticks the ones you snap) and the would tear the place apart.

For our hmmwvs (hummers) we would tell all the new guys to go look for the keys to start it, when in fact all the hmmwvs just have a switch and a button used to start them. :D So they would go to all the higher ups or NCOs asking for the keys and they would just get "he has them" go to next person..."he has them" and so on

    hahaha :D

put a pair of granny panties around a fire fighters turnout pants, bright pink i may add

on scene ask a new guy to get a water hammer and send him truck to truck looking for one

tied a jr firefighters bike to the rafters

hide on top of the station and scare peoiple

^^above except with the fire trucks

everytime you answer the phone go up one rank

rearrainge all the signs in the dept and put chiefs office sign on the bathroom door

best yet, record the tones going off as your ring tone set it beside someone sleeping and call it

we also made a potatoe gun and shot it to the roof of town hall

my favorite, to mess with the EMS crew we turned on the wipers siren lights and turned the radio to a hispanic station as loud as it would go...it was funny when they turned on the master swich

also the cops like to mess with the firefighters via tasers, it was funny as hell when a certain individual accidentally dry tased his own leg

I agree that granny panties around your turnouts are pretty funny.

Put red kool-aid in someones structure boots and gloves. Maybe the head band of their helmet too. You'd be surprised at how long it takes to wash off your skin.

We had a rookie who couldn't handle hiking and quit. We filled her VW Jetta with packing peanuts from floor to ceiling.

Co-worker had every uniform pocket (shirts, pants, boots) in his locker filled with shredded paper from the shredder. He still finds pieces of paper in his locker to this day... Prank was at least 3 years ago. Another worker had his entire personal car filled with shredded paper.

Dog poop in a plastic bag with a couple small pin holes. Hide bag under driver sear of personal car. Guy had the car detailed 3 times to get the smell out because he thought he stepped in crap and got it on the carpet. They never found the bag because it was hidden so well.

Dead fish in a saddle bag of a motorcycle... Wasn't discovered until he returned from vacation 2 weeks later.

Huge Yankee fan (who was known to be a prankster) was tricked into believing he had won tickets to the world series and that he was going to go with another co-worker. He believed it to the point that he took vacation, packed his bags and showed up to the airport. Only to find his team drinking at the airport bar, laughing their asses off at him. He dropped his bags, turned and walked out of the airport.

Just a few of the many!!

Ask a rookie to get you an "ID ten T" form. Have them write it down on a piece of paper and look around for it and stress out because they can't find it. When they give up, tell them to look at the paper they wrote it on... ID10T

Also...just an FYI...if you can get your hands on dried cricket shit (dried is key)

    it's fantastic for pranks

when dry...it looks an awful lot like dirt...however...when wet...it smells like a dead animal shoved in a crackwhore's ass in the summer sun

every year when it snows we head down to the high way and park a fire truck on the top of an exit and go sledding in the grassy slope, last year we had a rookie with us and were messing around, we would run while another member would toss a back board or boogie board ect... and we would surf/sled down....lets just say someone forgot to throw his board and he fell flat on his face

well im off to bed, hope noone pranks me

I think a fart machine would be a good investment for you:D

If you guys have morning meetings, that would be a good time to execute the fart machine prank lol.

Here's a computer prant that not too many people know about.

Push the Control, Alt and Up Arrow buttons at the same time. On most Windows operating systems, this will turn the monitor image upside down.

I did this at work to a coworker, and the entire IT department could not figure out what was going on, or how to fix it. :D

The fix is as easy as the prank. Push the Control, Alt, and DOWN ARROW keys.

Fishing line taped to the walls also works.. especially funny with someone carrying food and/or hot beverages. :D

For those who like living dangerously.. get the foaming spray window cleaner stuff... liberally spray on driver's seat of vehicle and let stand. Driver gets a wet ass and smells like Windex the rest of the day.

Same stuff.. except this was done in a moving vehicle.. the passenger decided it would be funny to spray the inside of the windsheild... it's interesting doing 40MPH with teh wipers going (the guy driving never let off the gas, just turned on the wipers and laughed..) and all you see if white foam.
