also, oil can and will soak through connections and creep through the strands, and then cause all sorts of nasty gremlins depending on what it gets into.

We do them on the smoker on a pizza stone, the Camp Chef has the ability to go from 160-500 Degrees and has a seperate smoke setting of 1-10 so i can adjust the smoke and the temperature. We love doing pizzas on it, we either do bbq chicken pizzas with naan bread from the store or we make our own pizza dough and flour them and do em up like we like. Ive also done a calzone on it.

I just looked it up and we’re all off base little, if you believe the Woolwax claim-
Are there any places that I should avoid when undercoating my vehicle with Woolwax ®

There is not much to avoid. Naturally try to keep the Woolwax® away from the brake rotors. Woolwax® has a very high flash point (>400°), so in any of the hot areas like mufflers, oil pans, etc., it will just burn off within a few minutes. Woolwax® works well to protect electrical wiring and electrical connections. Woolwax® is non-conductive. Make the connection (battery terminals, etc.) and then apply.

Many people have concerns about Woolwax® on rubber materials. Almost everything on an undercarriage is oil resistant. We have had no known issues of Woolwax® having any negative effects on oil resistant rubber components.

I didn't think these products were petroleum based? I thought they were more like a wax or lanolin based product, and didn't contain any type of solvents at all. Solvents would counterintuitive to the purpose. And yea, I get it that it might smoke or smell on a muffler or anything else that gets hot but I wouldn't think as a wax it would be any worse than burning a candle. Now, yes, definitely not on any brake related parts.

Just saw this. This is more in line with my research on the two products and I bet the Fluid Film is the same way. I mean, I don't know how you would coat the frame rails let along most of any other part of the undercarriage and avoid anything since everything has wiring, or hoses connected directly to it.

I have these in my front turn signals and there is probably nothing brighter on the market.

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07V829HQF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

They are very popular and right now on backorder again. You have to just put them on a watch list. Yes, plug and play. No issues, no hyperflashing.

Here's a video I shot in downtown Baltimore one night. As you can see even with halide street lights that 4 city blocks away the street signs are showing the reflection from them. Stop signs illuminate as you approach in the day time LOL.

Make sure you get the correct ones. They are not a tabbed fit, just a compression fit, but I drive spirited and don't slow down for speed bumps at the mall and they have never popped out.
