The Fox were on the Tacoma, so I didn't specifically get rid of them any more than I got rid of the truck itself.

I wanted to compare the 2 but it wouldn't have been fair seeing as how each set would be on a different platform.

The King 2.5s are extended, the Fox 2.5 were regular travel. I didn't want to commit to upper control arms if I didn't care for off roading etc but that changed so I bought the Kings to try out.

whenever this thread moves quick I just pick random posts to reply to lol. Usually whatever pops up most recent on refresh

What was your question? About the 2.0 vs 2.5? I dunno much about Fox but I would think the primary difference is simply the diameter of the shock body...the 2.5 will handle more of a beating but the 2.0 is still a big upgrade over stock

I asked about your all pro rear leafs when you used to have them... were they standard or the expos? Do you remember how much they settled?

dang I totally missed that one

They were Expos but I didn't have good luck with them from the beginning. I bought them second hand though so I didn't have much recourse. Never held the kind of weight they advertised nor did I get the kind of lift out of them unloaded that they advertised. And they made a ton of popping noise from the main eye bushings that I never figured out, but it went away with my Alcans so it was something do with the Expos.

They almost behaved like how I would have expected the standard pack to behave with a lot of weight, but they were labeled with the EX on the top of both packs indicating Expos so I dunno. Just glad I don't have them on anymore

Makes sense! Thank you for the input.. probably definitely gunna maybe go for the foxes then, just because I absolutely refuse to get aftermarket adjustable uppers.

I only refuse because I'm unnecessarily difficult and won't get bigger than 33s.... if I ever even go to 33s

Do you have any idea how old they were before you got them? I've been necro reading alot of posts on here (that's how I knew you used to have them lol) and it seems like a fair amount of mixed reviews concerning the popping

How long did you run them?

About a year and a half, they were supposedly new and looked new but I bought them off a relatively new member (locally) that somehow had two sets of them, so who knows lol. Used leaf springs are usually dirty/grimy AF so if they were used he definitely cleaned them up well.

There is some chatter about how All Pro leaf springs don't have the best record for consistency as far as quality and capacity go. I may have just gotten a bad set IDK

If anyone reading this wants them for free come take them out of my back yard btw, I wouldn't feel good selling them to anyone and they just clutter up the storage area by the side of the house
