I bought 100’ and used it all pretty easily. You can get the Bussmann, terminals, seals, relays, and connectors there as well. Go over $99 and shipping is free. Considering their prices are already reasonable it’s a no brainer. For individual connectors and terminals I like customconnectorkits.com since they have no minimums.

Mouser also has no minimums. Waytek wire has a good catalog that you can sift through to find manufacturer part numbers to look up on other sites.

So, I'm gonna start this project soon, never done anything like this before but I've got a pretty good understanding of how it all works. Are there any major differences that I should note with this guide if I were to use a larger RFRM instead of a RTMR? I understand the number of slots it has for relays and fuses is different, but will it install the same way?

You happen to have a pic? Want to make sure it'll fit a '14 OR before we go through the trouble.

Yeah that's what I'm settled on. Gonna do the Bussman instead of Blue Sea, since it has the integrated slots for relays and I won't have to fab up something separate for them.

Power trays has one that supports more than just the RFMR or whatever the abbreviation is? I thought I saw one that was just for the bussman with no room for anything else.

The bracket for the RTMR only holds that, but the one they make for the RFRM has room for a breaker as well.

I also just noticed that the power trays one for the rfrm one isn't for the OR. Looks like I might have to get something else. Damn it

Yeah, I got all excited, too. Don't know what the difference between the two is. Wonder if they can just cut the blank one that's listed for OR models.

I have one of these in case anyone wants it on the cheap. I think I'm 100% sure I won't ever use it now that I have a basic understanding of my general plan. And I have a blank one if I change my mind but 99% sure all my custom power distribution is going on the side/underneath of a GTFO bracket on the passenger side due to what a tight cluster the MT driver side is.

Also, there is a thread here with links to custom trays with several variants, I think he made a tray for MESO, cannot find it quite yet but still hunting. He seems to be the only one doing really custom stuff to get things to just the right height for their needs.

EDIT: Oh, and sorry, didn't read closely enough, RFRM looks massive compared to RTMR, my bad.
