    LoL!

It sounds like that the tightening torque was probably spot on the last time that you did it.

    Moving sucks!

I had to use a 3 foot breaker to get the housing loose. I switched out to the metal housing and keep the plastic one for backup. Other than that, no problems.

Yeah. Spin ons are all hand jobs these days.

Not cool on the torque! At least it didn't fail.

Maybe it wasn’t that tight though, could’ve just been all the oil making it slippery hah

I'm finally bringing my oil to the recycler tomorrow... 19 gallons. It's been a while.

The drain part of the canister seems silly. Spin on filters don't have a drain. That plastic snap on drain tool is tough to click in and even tougher to remove. I only open the drain thing to replace the o-ring.

Yeah. My other vertical cartridge didn't have one. Same minor mess as a vert spin on.

that’s because people don’t know how to tighten them appropriately. Just shitty mechanics / and information. Don’t rely on YouTube for maintenance use the actual information provided by manufacturers and everything will be fine.

YouTube / Mr GoggleWrench has their purpose.

It looks like the cartridge subject is pretty clear. It will be interesting to see if it changes.

I was going to buy one for a coworker months ago when we were still in the office, but they've been sold out on Amazon forever.

Taco seasoning and dried parsley have been my Costco nemesis. Can't complain too much I guess.
