    thats minor, could have been much worse....at least its still drivable...thinking of installing a beefier bumper myself...

    On a 2020 they would use non-OEM PARTS?? USAA sucks if that is the case.

    Apparently it's common practice according to the body shop guy. They ammended their estimate once he sent his to them and then paid it. I guess they don't send out adjusters any more either, so I don't see how they would get anything close to an accurate estimate from digital photos you send them.
