    Thai peppers are easy to grow. Last year I planted 2 and had such a prolific amount I gave them to everyone I could.

    I made some yesterday after I saw their posts. I did:

    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/4 cup white vinegar
    3 or 4 dashes of fish sauce
    2 scallions
    5 or 6 bird peppers
    2 jalapenos
    1/4 of a white onion

    I chopped the scallions but put the peppers and white onion in the food processor to get them minced smaller.

    My choice of peppers was based on what was in my garden :)

    Similar to what i did, i didnt have any home grown peppers so i had serranos, pequins, and "red pepper" from Safeway...ill add habanero next time. They were out last time went. It was really good on the plain rice i had the other day.
