Does anyone have any tips on mounting a hi-lift jack and max tracks to the outside of my KBvoodoo crossbars? I’ve seen it done but haven’t been able to find much on what people are using to pull it off.

Feel like he’s wondering if it would work with the kb voodoo hi rise crossbars?

I’m actually looking for a solution for my TRD pro as well.. the tire wells are too large for a rail side fit, they don’t fit behind the back seat, and I have a retrax so I can’t mount them to the front of the bed.

My only option at this point is let them slide around or try and fit them next to the rtt

I would recommend getting the max trax mounting pins. You can use these in the hi rise cross bars or in the front bed rail.

    https://maxtraxus.com/products/maxtrax-mkii-mounting-pins/

You can fit maxtraxs at the front bed rail. I use these along with the mounting pins but it is a very tight fit. For hi lift the website says you can mount it to the uprights. I haven't seen any picks of people doing it. If I get a jack I will try it and send pics.

"Holes are provided in the uprights for mounting of hi-lift jacks."

Thanks for the input. I was thinking about trying the maxtrax pins as well but it looks like i’d probably only be able to to secure 2 pins the boards if I mount direct from the hi rise bars. Might try out one of these bracket setups to mount on top of the bar and try to come up with a way to bolt the hi lift to the opposite side.

Found a cheap and perfectly fitting solution! Don't burn me here but it turns out a cheap Amazon Jeep JK hi-lift hood mount fits perfectly. It uses 2 bolt holes on each side so it's a lot more steady, it stands the lift off the truck just enough to clear the bedsides yet not protrude past the fender flare. It came with all of the mounting hardware, a large thumb screw and did not need 1 modification at all to fit this application. 28$ delivered in 2 days. Would easily work for sand boards on the other side as well.

that set up looks like the easiest way so far. Does is still work with the crossbars mounted?
