Sell it and buy a manual.
The reason 500 people say this is this is your best, cheapest and easiest option. It will still be the best, cheapest and easiest solution three years from now. Same five years from now.

Its not about what makes the most sense, its about what I want to do to a truck I love literally everything else about. and you can't get a manual OEM with the other options I have. i.e. push to start as one example.

Hood Struts, My version Fogs always ON, Map & Overhead Light Mod,
Manual transmission only has a reverse and neutral switch, so that's the easy electrical part.

I know it is a thing. It seems a lot of people are more concerned with buying a new truck every 3 years than making something last and actually paying it off. Research, research, research. Then it becomes far more difficult to buy something you don't like in the first place.

I say again, specific features in the limited trim level package do not come with a manual.

Bell housing, flywheel, clutch cylinder, disk, pressure plate, pedal assembly, console, wiring, will it mate up to the transfer case? rear mount, flashing lights when automatic wiring is disconnected, speedo calibration. Sure sounds , like a nightmare to me.

The reason 500 people say this is usually because 500 of them don’t know the how to do a manual swap or what it actually costs.
