He has a dual sport bike that idk what the actual name of it is and he just bought a Spade a few weeks ago.

We skipped Kemah this week because Dylan got tied up messing with assembling some big A frame support stands in the shop. The plan is to put my car on the lift probably tomorrow and check the starter and stuff out.

He bought the special edition one and loves it. I also included a pic of the DR 350 he picked up as well.

That spade is gangster as fuck.

The 350 would get me in a lot of trouble though...

I really like the Spade and Dylan has said it's super comfortable and he enjoys it a lot. Do you have his cell? I can shoot you a PM with it if you want to BS about bikes with him.

I just did my spring cleaning on my bike yesterday. :anonymous:

Aluminum wheels and forks with no clear coat DO NOT age well without regular scrubbing with metal polish. I also was reminded why I am not a great fan of chrome, better than aluminum, but still can start to pit and spot.

Oh well, done, now time for a ride this morning.

They could probably go riding around when Dylan's is out of break in period. He can only go like 45mph or so for the first 900 miles is what the manual said.

Sorry Kelly, I just saw this.

Holy shit it is fun. The looks people give me are hysterical.

I need to do the same on my RR, but I think the ABS module needs to be looked at.

I heard there is a break in period for the Grom. I don't know what it is. I just wind the critter out but don't maintain a certain speed.

I used to HATE all Dodge vehicles when I was working as a front end mechanic. All adjustment points were ALWAYS seized up, and the Dodge ball joints have massive rivets that have to be drilled out. Pain in the tookis.

A friend of mine's wife cares for horses, though she doesn't own any herself. Makes $$ doing the grunt work for horse owners - exercise, feeding, cleaning, vet trips, etc. Some of them "rent" their horses out to therapy groups and whatnot, and she drives them around.

Went through 3 Dodge pickups in 2 years - blew the transmissions out in each one. Killed a '99, '04, and '05. Got a GMC 2500 in 2006 and still has it.
