That all goes back to maint. I have 127,000 on my 7 yr old truck. It's on the beach and hauling fishing gear often. You'd think it was nearly new.

    no 1 has that answer

sounds like U have more a commuter

    more cycles on engine idle

    transmission changes

    brakes

    a few year ago i had a 35mile (70 round trip ) commute

mid day...... NO rush hour bump/grind

leave home a few miles to I95................30 miles cruise control

touch brakes while parking.......same on return

approx 400 miles each week LESS bump/grind than most put on in a day !!!!!!!

front brake pads went 135k didnt have to touch rears

Maybe the sand retains more salt here, I don't know, but you can definitely tell the trucks that drive on the beach here. By fishing gear I mean crab pots, can't get the saltwater out of the ropes.

I coat my frame and pressure wash after each beach trip. Plenty of rust buckets near the beach here too. Just have to take care of your shit and it'll last.

That’s awesome , I live in the rust belt and have my frame fluid filmed and it’s got little sticks and road crap stuck to it right now lol you touch it and your a mess . (But I don’t have very very little rust under the truck)

Rust has never been an issue here. With that in mind 300K-400K should be possible without major engine or transmission failure. There are Toyota's out there with 1 million miles on them on the original drivetrain.

It will last until the frame rusts and breaks in half. Mileage to be determined.

I’m not high up there, but 101k on my 2013 V6 with minimal issues to report.

My secondary air pump is giving me crap every time I start the truck. I clear the code and move on because it’s a garbage system anyway that doesn’t affect how the truck runs.

One of these days I’ll get the delete kit. Everyone says the customer support on it is trash though, so I’m hesitant to give them money.

I watched one pull out of the dealership and get broad sided by a concrete delivery truck. On the other end of the spectrum are a few with over a million miles on them. I'd say you can safely expect something in between those extremes.

I did a two year tour at NAS Key West. Yes, salt air does a number on vehicles, bicycles, etc.

It'll last as long as you maintain it.

I bought a brand new chevy and it blew pistons at 30k miles, it was “normal” for the model (cruze, malibu). Luckily was under a coverage, thats when you know a vehicle is SHIT when they put a coverage on it for the damn engine.

traded that POS in the next day for a 2012 tacoma 4x4 because i know they hold their value and can take a beating.

i cast my vote at 500k or more miles with regular oil changes and PM

I'll be real disappointed if I have any major mechanical issues in the first 300K miles.

My front brakes went over 60K miles if that tells you anything about my driving habits. Rears have yet to be serviced.

i would say till you get tired of it. my 93 has 420k and my 08 has 230k. both maintained regularly. but recently the 93 has a hard time getting to 55, and having fun trying to keep the torsion bars from breaking.

Mine has 200k miles on it. Frame replaced in the summer, who knows how much longer it will go. I've seen them with 350k.
