Herman is just a loser. I didn’t like Texas before joining the B12-2, it he just makes it too easy. I love watching them lose.

If UF or UGA embarrass the other, it’s parity tho, right?

 

Texas losing to TCU (and should have lost to TTU) and Oklahoma losing to Iowa st and KANSAS STATE Is not the same as UGA or UF losing to the other. OU losing to KState is like UGA losing to vandy.

 

I knew UGAs defense would be good this year, but I’m still impressed after 2 games. I wanted to hold off on thoughts until a couple games were played, but the defense looks really good. I know Auburn’s offense isn’t great, but we allowed 39 rushing yards tonight (77 week 1) and only 216 total yards in the game. The secondary will be a strength this year and will be needed against UF, and we’ve finally been able to get into the backfield, which has been missing for the last couple years.

 

Matt Campbell is a hell of a coach and I’m shocked he’s still at ISU.

TCU has had some very good teams. They’ve had several 10+ win teams over the 6~ years and got screwed out of a playoff spot, twice iirc.

But keep telling me how good UF and UGA have been as they’ve been the SEC West’s whipping boys for uh.. a bit.

Bo Nix is trash and will be remembered for one head scratching win versus Oregon.

uga's OL and DL were the real deal last night and took any and all manhood away from Auburn. Never even competitive on offense. Defense did a better job in the second half only allowing 3 points but those kids will get tired of that if the offense lays 3 & outs every possession. Auburn is mid tier sec west this year and that's it.

 

Observations:
- Dawgs looked pretty dang good last night. Thought Auburn would give them more of a game.
- Bama is Bama
- Clemson played uninspired and won.
- B12 probably won't put a team in the playoff this year.
- Where is the B10? Pac-12? MIA another week...lol
- F$U is finding new levels of suck.

If I had to predict the 2020 playoff teams today, would say Clemson, UGA, Bama and whoever wins the B10 (OSU again), but you never know what might happen in the age of COVID-19. For example, if Trevor Lawrence tests positive and misses several games, Clemson could lose to Miami or ND...

This makes it a very interesting year of football.
