How do you know they are out of product on my order? If they were, why did they not make that clear when they sent me the email that said my order shipped? And on a related note, why did they not cancel my original order for the mats, which they told me they did, when I placed my order on the group buy? And why haven't they replied to my two emails on the topic? They have charged me for two sets, and delivered 1/2 of one. Customer service sucks.

Go back a couple of pages. I know it's a lot easier to complain than read or even call the company and ask what's up.

Why is it that people lash out in public but never really take any steps toward resolving their problem and then blame someone else?

Avid rock sliders w/ kickouts, foglight mod, yellow bulbs in fog light, 12v anytime plug mod, seatbelt chime mod, borla cat-back exhaust w/ dual tip mod, AFE pro dry S airfilter,
I have had my truck for two weeks and the first mod I have done so far is the seat belt beep. I plan on cutting my front mud flaps, installing lights in the bed, and today i am going to try to find the right fuse to jump inorder to have constant power to the cigarett lighter and other 12v plugs in the cab.

So I'm supposed to look at an internet forum for information on a product I ordered? Instead of the company I ordered it from actually informing me of what is going on? Huh? And how do you know what steps I have taken to resolve the problem? Why is that people open their piehole on something that doesn't affect them in the very least?
