The steaks were marinating for just over 24 hours.
This was also a special batch of Finadene, made with Habeñero and Ghost peppers. If possible, I'd marinade longer; this was a first for us, and we're going to keep trying different things.

The aioli was also a new concoction, and it will definitely be happening again.
