Played around with a Laser I had on the shelf.
Installed a short Picatinny rail on the bottom of the handguard.
Just playing around, it's doubtful that I'll leave it on.

    :fistbump:

It sure is fun looking at accessories for this.
The AR is like a Lego set.

You can spend less, but all up I have a little over $1,000 in this, scope, mags, etc included.
Didn't have to pay the 11% federal excise that is assessed on fully assembled firearms. :)
I'm sure you AR guys aren't terribly impressed, but I think it's fairly decent for the money.

I know the range at the Club is swamped today...weekend, October...
So I'll wait til the first shipment of ammo comes and I get a day off...which will be Thursday.

No...I was suppose to go back to work Wednesday but they called and asked if I could come back tomorrow, so I guess I will. I don't usually hunt the night before a work day until the time changes.

^^most sarcastic statement of the year
We have a stupid Covid policy at work: just tell them you've been around someone that tested positive and you get 2 weeks off with pay. So you know what's going on out there....
    Anyhow, we're extremely short-handed.

We have the same problem at General Mills...It’s pathetic how many people abuse such policies!
