    Man, that sucks. That mud is no joke. I still have pindrops from two other recoveries we went to out there. You’re definitely not the first or last Toyota to get stuck out there.

    Hopefully someone can get out there ASAP.

    I feel like I recall a post of a truck being stuck in the mud by lake pleasant and this is probably the area.

    We’ve been out there at least twice in that area/cove to help pull a 4Runner and SxS on two different occasions after seeing the SOS calls on FB. We don’t have the PW anymore so we no longer assist on recoveries. Summers dry up the edges of the lakebed but mud lurks underneath.

    Technically the lake dries up in summer and some of it you can actually drive on. I can send you a couple pin drops to find your way if you need.
