Super easy. Just don't believe everything ya read cause I did have to remove the pillars to get the other grille out. Maybe, I say that still not believing, you could do the driver side with removing it, but the passenger side you cannot. Alot of people on here said they didn't have to and some did. On my '18 I needed to.

 

I see more pro grilles than I do trd sport, off road, or sr grilles

Lol, didn't think about a gator, but I guess anything's possible; they are everywhere out there. I think it had a lot more to do with the speed at which I was hitting some water obstacles. Sigh.
