I've done the search function and I've read a whole lot on this. For reference, I've got a 2010 DCLB 4x4, 120k miles, all original bearings and u-joints.

Im getting an audible noise/vibration in the cab between 30-35 and 60-65mph. Just those mph ranges,, nothing in between. The higher mph noise/vibes have been noticeable for a while, the lower mph noise/vibes I just started to notice. Best described as a rhythmic vibration that I can hear in the cab and feel in the floorboard. Doesn't really get better or worse in turns. Carrier bearing has wiggle in it, but im not sure that it's bad. Seems like my gas mileage has taken a nose dive lately (not that it was all that great to begin with). Thoughts?

Before I go and drop cash for all new bearings and u-joints, figured I'd ask for y'alls opinion first.

Following. I've got a slight issue like that from like 60-70. But I don't have any of your other issues.

What is your suspension setup and when did you update it, if at all? Any new tires recently?

in my case, I had to replace the wheel bearings after a suspension upgrade to eliminate the noticeable cab / wheel (bearing) noise. ECGS fixed the rythmic floorboard vibrations a month or so later. Most do those at the same time, but I also wouldn’t jump to that conclusion quite yet.

    Quality alignment? Wheels properly balanced?

You’re right in the mileage range where the the wheel bearings start to fail.
You could jack the truck up and check for play.
When mine went, I didn’t have play, but the noise was there.
Once the bearing was out, it was fairly noticeable when spinning it by hand.
With the wheel on and the axle still in the hub, you couldn’t tell by turning the wheel or checking play.

Suspension is 100% stock geometry. Ive got 5100s on all 4 corners, front set at 0 lift and back ones are standard length, no blocks. Have the 4 leaf TSB springs back there.
Wheels were balanced at Discount Tire a few months ago. Alignment is good. Noise was present before and after the last alignment.
I'm probably gonna start with both the wheel bearings and do the ECGS bushing while I'm in there. If that ain't it, ill look at doing the carrier and ujoints.

Do both Inner and Outer Seals with the bearing assemblies.
The O-ring is not 1 of them. You should do the O-ring as well.
It usually comes with most assemblies. I reused my axle nuts with loctite.

Just curious as to how often you grease the U-joints?

I try to at least every 10k miles. Use Lucas red tacky grease for them.
