    the only way i end up with a carbed bike is the old xr650l from my childhood dreams

    too many nice used ktm fuel injected options for sale these days

    i agree, plus they are lighter. find a 500 if you want an all-around bike

    You see it all the time. Impulse buy. Most likely talked into buying the bike by a buddy of his and quickly realized it wasn’t for him. Or bought to relive some memory of his youth and quickly realized he’s not a spring chicken anymore.
    Either way, at least he realized it right away. I’ve seen bikes 5-6 years old with less than a hundred miles.

    Those look ridiculous :rofl: but I'm sure they'll keep your fingers nice and warm. Do they have heaters in there too, or is it just wind/weather protection?

    My grip heaters are working again, but no heaters aside from those. Definitely the dorkiest thing I've ever done to the bike, luckily they go on and off in about 10 seconds. It's just a velcro flap and the strap around the bar.
