Am I the only one--thanks to this poll--that is now acutely aware of what I'm scratching and how much?

    Just me?

Triple income, retirement, farming, and this?

Could you just farm and enjoy life? You definitely are a hard worker. You need the money?

does it work for you, I've tried just about everything under the sun for sleep, most of them work the 1st night and then it's useless after that.

well I finally started my daily walking back up on sunday morning, instead of going out at 7 am (47degrees) we waited until
about 11 am (63 degrees). only walked 2 miles, have to work my way back up to 3 miles. back was stiff as hell starting out. have to get back into a regular routine again. taking the 3 weeks off for hand surgery really showed its self this first dat back.
