you have to wonder where these mad max movie waste land bad guys, get all the gas and spare parts for these GAS HOG 8mpg vehicles their driving.

 

does it work for you, I've tried just about everything under the sun for sleep, most of them work the 1st night and then it's useless after that.

well I finally started my daily walking back up on sunday morning, instead of going out at 7 am (47degrees) we waited until
about 11 am (63 degrees). only walked 2 miles, have to work my way back up to 3 miles. back was stiff as hell starting out. have to get back into a regular routine again. taking the 3 weeks off for hand surgery really showed its self this first dat back.

 

well lets try and get some sleep, you night owls have a good one!
