New here but just curious if anyone else is having an issue getting the bilstein 5100 shocks in right now? The shop i went to at the end of august to order them for the front of my 2019 Tacoma called me a few days later saying the shocks were on backorder until first week of October and just checked back to hear they are still on backorder and it’s not just around here, Savannah GA, but apparently everywhere? Anyone got any advice.

You're not the only one. But I know that @HeadStrong Off-Road replied in another thread about this. Maybe they can provide insight?

Yeah except I don’t like paying for something or having my card charged for something that is on backorder for an unknown time. paying interest or having money tied up in something that can't be delivered for over a month is not exactly good.

Find out if the vendor you purchase from charges before or after it ships. If the vendor doesn't charge until it ships, then you have nothing to lose if you're already committed to them.

Yes, you need a cc for orders, but some places wont charge until they're ready to ship your product out.

Remember the days of mail order catalogs? I was in Elementary when I first started doing that. Spend the money then forget you purchased something and a month later it shows up. Kind of like ordering from Banggood and it taking 30-45 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive.
