I haven't been able to get a deer because I've been working out of town so I only get to hunt Saturday and I just stop by the deer cooler that I work at and picked up a house deer. They are processing it Wednesday I'm getting ground meat, cheap steak, whole boneless loin, shoulder roast, and ribs

    Shit! Awesome bud I ain’t gonna be able to cook all that on Saturday!!! I bought $180 with of meat! All but the brisket will be pre cooked! Just finished up the beef jerky today, doing 6 racks of rib Thursday night.

    My plan is to only bring the shoulder roast because it's an average size deer so we can just cook those. The rest of it will be for my house and possible deer jerky in the future
