Once it's done cycling. I just had nitrites show up this morning so I'm thinking (hoping) it'll finish up this weekend and I can start stocking next week

Not sure yet. I will probably start out with a 50% stocking and go with a school of 6 corydoras and then maybe another school of barbs of some sort. After that I’m not really sure, I need to do some more research.

Ok ok, I can help if you're interested. I used to be really into the fish keeping hobby.

Nice! I've been getting some input from @KENNY as well the past week. Part of me still wants to do a tank with 5 fully grown bala sharks haha. But this'll most likely be a community tank. I really like tiger barbs but I know they can be a bit of ass holes so I may or may not get them

That tank is gonna be too empty man, throw in a couple oscars and a red tail catfish lol. I like the cory idea and then maybe some barbs. The barbs wouldn't really mess with the corys and they're always active.

Haha I'd love oscars but I wouldn't want to keep them unless I had a 100g+ tank. I had 2 a long while back in a 55g tank but they were still too big for that. The corys and barbs are just to start, I'll end up getting more but just going to start at 50% capacity to make sure I don't kill anything expensive lol

Those plants are grown elsewhere... although I'm sure this would be a good grow light if I had a couple more
