    Some photos of my taco updates to 2020 off road. Emblems are black plastic dip with two coats of clear coat for durable durability. Changed grill from grey to black with plastc dip.

    just a heads up on the door handles, if you have a wife or a girlfriend they will rip that plasti-dip to shreds with rings on their fingers.

    trust me, I did my FJ handles like 6 times in 3 years haha

    Yes....thats why added two coats of clear coat to each handle.

    Nice truck, I am pretty handy with a can of plasti dip but tried it and they just don't look as good as the overlay emblem pieces on Amazon. I thought the door handles on the OR are already black plastic?

    Your can was either too cold or you sprayed too heavily. It will last though on your grill. I had zero chips on my oem grill with plastdip; had it for 3 years before I swapped grills to a custom one.
