All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
I am referring to water intrusion. There is a TSB on the Sunroof Kit FYI.

Better get to it, Jason is a buddy of mine and I sold my LC so I am chompin at the bit to get another one. I think I am gonna find one with the 5.7, but that’s cause it’s gonna be on 37s ;)
That’s a hell of a deal for the money. We discussed this whole thing before he did this and he nailed it to the T.

A TSB for water intrusion or the cables binding up?

It was a kit that aligned it so it didn’t get jammed. Mine would occasionally stick open. I will ask my buddy who was running the Toyota Service Dept at that time. He and I are wheelin buddies and he got it down for me.

It won’t be long. Trying to decide between Fox 2.5 all around or the OME BP51s. A friend of mine that knows a shit ton more than me swayed me to look at the BPs and they weren’t on the table for me. Was looking at King and Fox, but after researching and talking with people the BPs actually may be a better setup for me. I don’t drive 80mphs on sand whoops as much as I would like too.

damn, sorry to hear that. our apartment got robbed back in 2015. Dealing with Geico to replace our stuff was a huge pain in the ass, but some how we came out on top with more money than the stuff that was taken was worth.

That's unfortunate. Where you really get screwed is things that aren't replaceable.

If you don't mind me asking, how did they make entry ?

Nothing was irreplaceable, so that's the silver lining. Watches and a few pistols(which I had the serial numbers for), I just hope they're dumb enough to pawn them. They could have easily taken a lot more......and I'm still a bit surprised by that.
They broke my door/frame. I just got a new door today, with a security camera system now ordered...........never thought I'd need one of those.

    Shit.

    Id keep it too :anonymous:

Did they hack where the lock was or did they knock off the handle and kick it in ?

I'm asking because you can tell if they knew what they were doing by the damage they made

If you have the space for it, Larson Security Doors are the sweet. Check them out, they sell them at Lowes.

:sorry::threadjacked:I use a combo of SimpliSafe, an EZVIZ doorbell camera and some cheap Wyze cams to keep an eye on my spot in a cheap way that still calls the cops. It is my opinion that you want to have enough security so you’re not low hanging fruit for kids that just take advantage of an opportunity but there’s nothing you can do if a pro wants to get in. I just make sure I'll get good footage of them and have alerts in case someone is home and needs to meet a threat at the point of entry. Anyway sorry to hear that for anyone there’s only a few criminals I hate more than thieves. Glad to hear you had insurance and that no one on your side had any confrontation but it’s still a huge violation of your privacy. Hope you can find some friendly neighbors to ban together much harder for the assholes when there’s a community watching out for each other.
Side note SimpliSafe water sensors have saved my ass and a few friends as well.
