Hahah not that at all more of a concern with the shaft diameter and heavy ass tires! Plus I play with the comp/rebound and cannot find a sweet spot!

Woohoo! Still on track to close on the 15th? I think that’s the day you said, so many people are buying houses now.

Yeah came out exactly to what purchase price was to be. This was on the house we are buying. So if had come in low, it's possible that Seller may have budged a little but who knows.

We were over at our Realtors house Saturday night for a bonfire, my wife was joking that we were going to pull the truck into his backyard next to the lake and set up the RTT for a couple weeks.

Just got the inspection report, so there goes the money over list they offered, which is fine honestly I just want this off my books ASAP. Appraisal is this week. Picking my wife and dog up this weekend so we will hit the house hunting trail down here on Monday.

Unless it was out of Code at the time the house was built (or you did major renovations which then would require it to be up to code) you don’t have to bring it up to current code.

I’m not a realtor or real estate attorney and I didn’t stay at a Holiday Inn last night

Yea that's what I thought, then again I don't know what kind of BS is buried in illinois real estate law, nor do I care to learn. Its the attic access apparently you can't have drywall for a hatch and how the dishwasher and clothes washer water lines are hooked up. My soffits that are rotting in places and the 5 shit windows I have are going to sting a bit. The soffits look ok, some spots you don't want to hit with a screwdriver tacoma frame style. I did tell the realtor what I would credit them, she laughed and said no LOL.
