Hey! I just bought my first Tacoma 2007 Double Cab Prerunner V6 Automatic with the 5' bed. Will a camper topper that was on a 2002 Double Cab V6 Automatic 4WD Tacoma fit my truck?? Thanks!

    Stock for now.. maybe
Doesn't hurt to try but the profile and bed dimensions from your truck to the 1st gen (2002) are different. Is the 2002 a 5' bed as well?
It definitely won't look like it was made for the truck even if you can get it to fit

Thanks for the reply. Yes, mine is a 5' bed as well. I believe the 2002 bed was 1.5'' longer than my 60'' bed?

I went through this when I bought my truck used. Take your time and get the right one for your year and bed length. Single cab has a different profile at the cab than the AC or Dbl. Wait to find an AC or Dbl. cab of the correct length specifically for the 2 gens. It can be hard enough to get a shell to not leak let alone mess with an "almost" fit.
