I have about 500+ miles on my new 2020 TRD Pro and every time I apply the brake I get a small split second vibration in the pedal.

After searching this forum there wasn't much I could find. Is this normal? Is there a fix to it?

It's normal, you can grease the slide pins but the vibration is from the pads kind of chattering as they seat onto the rotor face, they don't move evenly all the time and can kind of bind up on the pins. I've found putting an extra pad return spring on can help sometimes, from factory they usually only have one on the top of the pads.

The klank noise and the shake is what Toyota deems as "normal" operation on the front brakes.

Stock wheels and suspension. Random "utilitarian" mods featured on this great forum.
Same here; I belive its more from the hydroboost brake system for Tacos with Crawl Control (OR and Pros). Similar post from OR side:

The klank noise must just be a "feature" of Toyota in general. I had a Scion tc before the Taco and every now and then you could hear a horrid noise when going over lane markers and what not. Toyota deemed this as normal and I never had any issues with it. Taco does the same thing but it is not nearly as loud as the Scion was.

153A73C0-0091-42EC-BD08-B7437D02E15B.jpg I also had that same klank noise in my brakes on the 2017 Sport model. Was told it’s a noise you want to hear. (Not for me it isn’t) I just recently upgraded the rotors, drums, pads, shoes and callipers to POWERSTOP brakes. All quiet, amazing upgrade.
