It sucks. Very gummy if not kept cool. I made these once out of delrin and they are wearing out to fast so the customer wants nylon.

I’ll say that’s gummy! Good luck with that!

 

Made this years ago to deburr plastic. Took a 1/16” ball end mill and cut a groove before the razor blade for the sharp edge. It leaves a small chamfer on the part.

One of our clients is a small arcade manufacturer. We make a lot of the panels like that which house the buttons and joystick.
Of course theirs are more modern than the one you pictured.

As for your new poll, it got me thinking back to 5 years ago when crafted my biggest woodworking project. Made it for my sons 1st birthday and it’s still in use by my youngest as of today!
Also spent some of this past weekend working on the honey-do project of some Halloween silhouettes for the yard.

 

I had to take off at the machine shop at 12 to work at the store yesterday so my wife could go to the dentist. I woke up early and came in at 5 this morning to make up a couple hours I took off.

I open our store at 6 am Monday through Friday, then come to the machine shop at 7 am and work until 3 pm then back to the store until 8 pm. My wife or I one have to be at the store since we don't have any help right now.
