Fitting 35’s with minimal trimming NOW ADDING LONG TRAVEL AND 934 CV’s

oh damn, ok so the skid is removable from the framing, sweet!

 

I need to snap some pics with them underneath. They mount pretty traditionally. My main concern is that it will be drastically different to mount my transmission and diff skid.

 

If you can figure out/have the skills to cut/weld install this kit then adapting skids will be easy regardless of who makes them

 

I'm sure many have the "skills" (including myself with MIG and plasma) but wouldn't make it look soooooooo damn good. Super nice work, 81Trekker.

@81Trekker so in a few months I want to buy your sealed uniball uppers after my suspension comes in - in the meantime I’ll be using stock uppers with the lower arm pivots, is there any potentials binding issues or stresses elsewhere with the stock arm? I won’t have any lift - stock ride height as test fit the new rubber

also, on the webpage it mentions to tie it into your bumper. I don’t need an aftermarket bumper though right?

You will be fine with the stock arms and you do not need an aftermarket bumper
