Mud or sand trip leaves me parked on the front lawn running a sprinkler under the truck. I'm slowly filling the low points in my yard with the material that comes home on the bottom of the truck. Obviously I'm no lawn expert but I hear sand is good for your lawn and based on the smell of the mud it has to be nutrient rich. My neighbors just think I park on my lawn occasionally, I know I'm multitasking and extracting value.

You're just ahead of the TW curve

OP I dunno how crazy you get but if you ever have the possibility of

Getting stuck in the sand- traction boards are great

Getting stuck where the tide comes in-self recovery from a winch using a dead man's anchor is nice

I'd recommend some Maxtrax and a shovel...

Great idea. But the price is way too high. I'll just build one with stuff from Home Depot.

You spent the money for the sport package but 150 is too high for something that works well and is already made?

based on the number of folks i pulled out a couple weeks back that were stuck in the sand, i'd say soft shackles and a snatch strap.

I have three kids all under 5. To me, it's worth the money for it to show up on my doorstep, bolt it on and boom...done.
