    They do. for 1 year after getting license, no driving after 9 unless for work or school. then they have to go in and submit some pencil whipped paperwork documenting night time driving experience / hours, and get the unrestricted license.

    they started that rule the year i started driving...def got caught driving after 9pm after having my license for only 2 months...they took it away for 3mo until a lawyer could get it settled...such a stupid rule.
