Which of these fit well with the bed mat? Also thanks to everyone for all the input!

I only have experience with @CaliRaisedLed and a second hand SB mat. It only took a small cut to fit around the stiffeners. I did D ring cuts at the same time.

    Rago is a flakey company.

Their $90 thread through Oct 31st is completely deleted, and their price is back up to $125.

I was worried about that as well so I bought Cali-Raised. The portion on the bed is mostly flat so there isn't much of a "lip" to get over. One could argue this type isn't as strong, but it's probably negligible.

You'd probably be better off rigging something from the rack to the bed side. Seems like that would accomplish a lot more.

I think there are only like 2 manufacturers that make a stiffener that work without cutting the factory bed mat. One is Total Chaos and the other is Victory4x4.

Bed stiffeners should pull it back up straight.

Things are looking good at the relief cut that would crack out if the issue was worse. It may have yielded a bit but no visible damage where it is normally seend.

The TC ones look pointless imo. The bracing at the 90 degree angle point seems weaker compared to others. Who cares how high they go up that does NOTHING if the angle brace is almost non-existent.

Well said. Also, I'm tempted to crawl under the truck and see if there is a way to apply the same concept but from Underneath the BED. I honestly haven't looked but I may try to fab up something underneath. But who knows. I like your IDEA. Completely hidden.
