Lol I told you it will come in at exactly what your asking price is. I don't know why they do that, but don't expect to see it appraise for 50k over what you're paying. Not saying that what you're getting isn't a deal because I think we all enter into purchases that way, but that's not how the appraisal process works.

    Stop stressing!! :D

Nah! Just the fan and belts and crank pulley. Then the two upper covers and lower cover. It’s really not too bad at all. Line up the timing marks, lock the tensioner back and pop the belt off. It also turns the water pump so definitely replace that. OEM recommended for all parts. May want to do the tensioner as well.

Now that sort of pain I feel. I think insurance is stupid and difficult no matter where you are, but live in an area where nature takes a dump a few times a year and its almost as hard finding the insurance coverage as it was finding the house you are wanting to insure in the first place.

Do you have an impact wrench or a chain wrench and breaker bar to get the crank pulley off?

 while I understand they won't add flood coverage during floods that's absolutely crazy to think about. Basically don't buy a house during hurricane season or on the west coast during fire.

I have 128g 7plus. I’m not sure if I’ll go with more storage or not( kinda depends on what they put out) but around august I started having a few problems. Sometimes the charging port likes to connect and disconnect 5 to 30 times a minute till it’s happy. Lol

In my experience that charging issue is usually the cable and not the phone. Despite how much you may spend on a "nice" cable, go with the cheaper one's because you're going to have to replace it out anyway. Happens in our trucks all the stupid time. I think maybe they have a shorter life since they sit in the hot and cold but who knows.
