I was working on my front brakes this week and ran into a different kind of noise from my front end. On the driver's side when I would spin just the hub, no brakes on it or anything, I'd get a clicking noise. I have no idea what it's from and was wondering if anyone else had the same issues.

I'll be greasing every grease point I can this week sometime to see if it helps.

Also, my truck is pulling to the right and hoping the front end isn't just shot.

I can’t see how greasing the zerks would help in this case.
The front drive shaft should not be spinning. (Unless you are in 4WD?)

Possibly a CV Joint, of bearing?

I just had my tire off this weekend to check brakes and spun the hub.
I don’t recall hearing any clicking.

I'm thinking CV Joint now too. Haven't had a Tacoma long and I thought for whatever reason there were more grease zerks than on just the drive shaft U Joints.

How many miles on your truck? I would guess wheel bearing. I replaced mine at 140,000 miles

Seems like the the average is between 100k-140k on the life of them.
    Mine were right at 100k.

Alright. Any recommendations on what bearings to get?

You could try the push pull test on the bearing. Though I have seen multiple times on here where that test passes, but a new bearing still solves the noise issues.

Also, check your CV boots for tears. If the grease has leaked out then its probably the CV, not the bearing.

Lastly to address the pulling to right, when was the last time it had an alignment?

I’d make sure it’s the bearing and not the CV first.
Or at least be pretty certain or which it is.

Ones with NSK or Koyo would be ideal.
As they were/are OEM and are really good quality.
They’ll be quite a bit more than “aftermarket”
There is a member on here that sells the whole assembly.

FWIW, I went with OEM Koyo bearings from a former member here.
    He isn’t here any longer.
I can’t tell you if the bearings are “better” as I’ve had some pretty terrible tires for a long time now.
Actually getting new tires as we speak.

This is the guy that sells the OEM style assemblies

I’m not saying you have to or should buy from him.
It’s an option, and probably one of the better ones.

    Mine didn’t have any play.
    New bearings solved the problem.

But, my noise was not a click.
    It was a roaring.

Same here, they were tight and didn't make any noise when u spun them, but when replaced the vibes disappeared. That was around 105,000 miles.
