    Wouldn't you like to know!
    I did for a couple months and then after our Colorado trip back in July I haven't even been on it :bananadead: been focused on work issues and trying to buy/build a house. The intermittent fasting is pretty good though I've been losing 1-2lbs / week from it the last 30 days and that's with minimal workouts because I hurt my back about a month ago and trying to let that heal.
