Cool.. I'm in the same boat with 285/75R16. I just need to do the pinch weld mod to stop any rubbing. Amy more OD and I will need more mods. I'm geared tall anyway.

Right now the speedometer turned out to be correct without mods. I like the take-off and performance as it is today. I screwed up one car a long time ago by putting oversized tires on it.

On your LC or Tacoma? when I crank the wheel hard and flex a bit on the trail, these 255s will rub the frame a little bit...with a wider tire like a 285 I feel like it would be pretty substantial. But again I think my wheel's BS isn't ideal and I probably rub there a little worse than most

One of these days I'll probably try out some wheel spacers, just don't know if that might solve the frame rub but make pinch weld rub worse

Last time my buddy dog sat he said I didn't give him enough heads up. This time I asked more than a month in advance so I had time to find someone else if he couldn't but he cleared it so I hadn't thought twice til today when I said I was packing to leave tonight for hunting.

he was like "you're leaving tonight? you want me to watch the dogs?"
Me: yea, I asked and gave you the dates a month ago and you said it was good.
Him: I don't remember that at all but whatever I can do it

It seems wrong with all the other parts to keep anything stock

Cruiser. It's running SRS F5s that poke out from the frame more than stock wheels. If I were to go with 295/75R16 then it would require more mods.

Even though people say they don't need to mod anything running 32.8 OD, I know first hand that's not entirely true.

When I was in Nicaragua we had shots at this bar in a little town by the coast of this tequila that had been soaking in ghost peppers, if you took the shot without spitting or throwing it up you got a free t-shirt. I have the shirt somewhere, but I would not do it again lol.

him: after this I'm not watching them for a while
me: that's fine, I only needed this week, which is why I cleared it so far ahead. If I go to Moab I'll bring them

This happened with the plumber too. I texted him the date and time in advance and gave him a verbal reminder. Then the plumber showed up and he was like "WTF? you didn't give me any heads up".

Next time I'm sending a calendar invite to his email.
