I was planning on just flipping it over to not show a logo. It looks to be a flat piece of aluminum that is symmetrical, so I don't see a reason why it couldn't just be flipped.

Will this prevent bending of the tailgate when loading motorcycles?

I would combine this with one of the tailgate top options from Mobtown (steel) or KB Voodoo (aluminum).

Are the cup holders inserts? Im asking because I saw (even though its well done) the panel can be flipped to hide the logo.

I already have a mobtown one but if I didn't I would have been down for this. Like this cup holder idea and for what it's worth I love the Logo!
