I literally have to tell them "give me a bad alignment" so I'll have a good alignment

Hell, pay me a third of that and I'll fly out and teach you myself haha.

What any college or school wont tell you is that welding certs expire yearly if their through the AWS. And most employers dont give a rip about any "certifications." You bring them the paperwork at the interview and they still make you lay a few beads.

    I have mods
My suspension is basically stock (3rd gen tacoma stock). But i don't know when the alignment was done last and i made a ton of suspension changes from when i got it. That's why I'm so surprised.

Just dont let em rub the pinchweld or it will drive you up a wall.

Wheel hard enough and it will self clearance after a few trips. No more noise.

I'd advocate for cutting or hammering the pinch weld to put them up as high as possible

    That is tempting

Yeah I was just looking through job postings on a few different sites and a lot of them mentioned requiring a cert, but I know from experience in my industry as well that a degree is one of those things people like to ask for, but when they see you know what you're doing that no longer becomes all that important.

I would like to pick up a welder and start practicing at home, kind of wondering how our old house would handle the power draw though lol. Would probably have to be a low duty cycle 120v for home use. We do have a 240 plug for the laundry room I guess I could attempt to use

I beat the shit out of mine and cut parts of it out to clearance it. Still chirped and squeaked like hell on rough roads.

Couldve been the linex on the rockers not helping either though.

Yeah that’s what Zane said. I’m not entirely sure how I should be mounting these.
