Don’t own one but since you asked for comments; i have always wondered why you don’t weld the two bent edges together?

I started doing this in the beginning, then tested a unit without it being welded for several months and found that the welding was unnecessary and would end up adding time and money to manufacturing. It sure does look nice welded though!

If you still have the kit, I’ll issue you a full refund if you would like to send it back. PM me if this is a route you’d like to take.

I’ll snap some pics tomorrow. I’ve been totally happy with it. The install was easy, I like the location. I did open up the holes on the lead from the winch but that was no big deal.

    Quick update!

Next batch is being manufactured! Should have them back from the metal shop beginning of next week, and then off to PC. Not sure what the lead time is on the PC unfortunately.

Also, received back a couple brackets I sent off for anodize test coating, that unfortunately never got anodized, so these are BARE!

I installed mine yesterday after I painted it bright red. I am also glad I opted for the "Winch Power" version. That way its super easy to tell someone, "big red switch in front of battery that says winch power... turn it on.. etc".

I do wish the nuts were nylocks, a little bit of blue thread lock will suffice for now.

very well made and the switch itself is hella chonky. I don't have a winch yet so I didnt wire it in, I just wanted it to get installed before I lost it in my garage.

Thanks for the feedback sir! Glad you are satisfied. Was your kit missing the lock washers for the bolts?

    I’ve got you down sir:thumbsup:

As an update, my manufacturer is having some delays. Fingers crossed I will have them back today or tomorrow and then send a portion of them to powder coating soon after. Really hoping the next batch will be ready beginning of next week!

Good Saturday morning folks! Nothing like a breath of fresh fall air these days...

I just picked up my next batch of brackets from my manufacturer! I will be getting the majority of them powder coated (this will incur an additional $5 per kit), however if anyone is interested in a BARE version, shoot me a PM and we'll get you sorted away!

Also, all paid for kits will be shipping out today!

Also also, working hard on getting a website completed to hopefully streamline the ordering process for everyone :)

P.S. - Keep an eye out for some kewl steekerz shipping out with kits starting next week!
