    Also @six5creed I should mention the screws chosen for holding the parts down once the holes are in are a little short, they only hold by about 2 turns

    Lol I don't think so, but it finishes at a thickness of .090 and the holes have a .179x100° countersink

    Not sure why I happened to think about this this morning but when I started working here there was an older gentleman named Bunk and he taught me a lot about machining, welding, soldering, etc. He passed away a couple years ago but before he left he gave me his old machinist handbook.

    He wrote his address in it from way back before they had house numbers, he lived not far from where I live now but it just says "star route". I guess there weren't many people in the area and the postal worker knew everyone and where they lived.

    Just got a delivery of some steel and aluminum plates. This company also takes our chips. They took a Uhaul truck and raked the body off. It’s awkward as I don’t know what. It’s about 8” lower than dock height and the fenders stick up o_O

    That's what we did with the barrels. Used the hand truck to ease them down. We had to come up with the steel plates though, took 2 of us :thumbsup:
