Wow, that's awesome. I used to see a guy selling lamps like these all the time at craft fairs. He'd either build something like this or repurpose old instruments, fire extinguishers, random household goods. Great stuff and he was making good money :boink:

She’s been the worse lately. I snapped at her last week because she was too lazy to get off her ass and do something she needed.

Random contribution this morning. My Ikea order has arrived!! (With a stupid amount of packaging and I had to remove an item I wanted/needed because it was messing up the shipping).

She’s been pissing me off so much lately! I don’t mind helping people out of my normal job duties or being accommodating to schedule conflicts, but when you give me attitude...FUCK YOU. I WILL be a bitch back.

Completely sucks here some days! I have no girl friends I can really talk to, eat lunch with, etc. except her. We’re “friends” because we do play dates with our kids, but she’s not the best.

I'm sorry, I know how that is and it makes it harder when you're no longer in the same department as your work "friends".

    Hiya Tiff!

Work until 2, then flu shot and shingles shot and then home for one of the last swims of the season. Lows overnight will be getting into the low 40's to upper 30's beginning this weekend so it's time. We stretched the season out too far last year and had a $500 gas bill and got a visit from the gas company because they thought we must have had a giant leak

No luck on the Moonraker yet unfortunately :pout::pout::pout: Trying to get up to Flagstaff before my wife goes to NOLA end of this month to welcome grandson #2 into the world so hoping the bottle shop up there has some.

    How's everything with you guys?

Yep. We like these over standard tupperware since you don't have to worry about tomato/grease stains when heating stuff up. Microwave/freezer safe and possibly oven as well. They're just really nice.
Everything's going relatively good here but I think when it rains it pours and we're having a bit of a downpour lately lol. $500 gas bill is crazy though we just had a high electric bill for our vacant house in CA so I can empathize. Some asshat set the thermostat at 68 for a vacant 2700sqft house  Naturally Rob was not thrilled and we can't wait to be done with the whole ordeal. It's supposed to be cold and rainy this weekend which is great, but we still have stuff in storage to get so I'm thinking we may hold off for next weekend :fingerscrossed:

Ok... that would really piss me off if someone did that! 68 in a vacant house? Do you guys gave someone to check on the house periodically? Is that how you discovered it or was it the electric bill shock?

Sorry you guys are having so much trouble with your Ca house. Hopefully it will sell soon and it will be just a memory.

You guys ever get your hot tub fixed and functioning well?

Well our agent goes by every once in a while and she's actually the one that found out someone changed it and fixed it for us. I'm sure it was some idiot agent, maybe the one who left the house unlocked one day...we've had a whirlwind of issues we haven't mentioned lol. It's in contact and should close soon barring any unforseen issues so fingers and toes are crossed.

As for the hot tub, someone hasn't put the leak repair in it  It's actually partially fixed itself because we are no longer finding water in one place we were seeing it, but still has a slow leak somewhere and we just need to take care of it. It's the refilling and filtering process we're not looking forward to with our mineraly water.
