Well they countered with 8k on the credits and my wife thinks we are getting fucked and wants to try to get them to go $1,500 lower, I told her that's dumb, that went over awesome LOL!! They did supply a spreadsheet with how they got there, they are way off on their estimates, but I guess that doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things as a seller there's no convincing them of that. Appraisal is tomorrow so we will see what happens. Of course my realtor is on vacation.

 

your wife needs to take the emotion out of it. Get it sold, and move on.
