She thinks the buyer is being shady with her inflated repair estimates and won't listen to me when I tell her that's kind of null because there is no arguing that regardless of a moral crusade. Not to mention it would be gambling because even with $8k credit that's still over list.

My wife is like an emotional robot but has an insanely fine tuned moral compass. Awesome in 99% of situations except for ones like this.

I'm about an hour from starting the negotiation with my realtor to lower their commission %, this is what I pay them for.
