    So I broke down and ordered one of those isolated power supplies for my pedals. The power in my house is terrible. It's from the 40s and most of it now grounded. Sooo much noise added, especially with gain.

    Got a True tone something or other.

    there's a Furman power bar we use at our studio. cleans up power pretty well, we use it for lights, amps, pedalboards, computers-- very minimal noise. i'll find a link when i'm not on my phone.

    Ordered! Currently have el cheapo that I run my amp, tv, ps4 thru. No matter what I do still get a buzz thru the amp. Tolerable but not ideal. Sounds fine with headphones but what fun is that??

    i think we have 6 of them now at our studio, and i have another pair at home. definitely worth the price considering how highly regarded Furman is in the pro audio industry.
