That’s a loaded question. The public answer is yes but in reality not so much. In honesty, every few minutes of each day don’t go by without thoughts of Dad.

The family is changing as my older sisters have less contact (for me none) with Mom and myself. I’ve been hung out to dry to handle the estate, both of the houses, and Mom’s finances on my own. The oldest sister told me Flat out she doesn’t want to be involved with helping. They don’t care for some opinions that Mom expresses. I tried to explain that they need to cut her some slack. After all, she just lost her spouse of 64 years that was her childhood sweetheart - they’ve known each other since they were very young.

But on the plus side, I was able to properly repair the damage to the sailboat and ordered a new sail. That makes me happy. Tomorrow is allegedly going to be a nice warm day so I’d like to paint the repaired areas.

Prayers to y’all. I think of mom almost daily.
I’m glad I got my mom out and enjoy her place she bought 17 yrs ago and never moved in. At least she enjoyed 1-1/2 months before dementia did her in.

Been lurking here for a while. Just turned 60 last week.
Lost my Dad at 18, his age 51. Lost mom 2014, 4 days before her 85th birthday. Not a day goes by without either of them in my thoughts.
Lost my mother in law, I always called her a great lady, in 2016. She was a Home Ec. queen, cooking, sewing... My BIL and I replaced her kitchen while she was in the hospital for surgery. She stayed with a friend after a couple of weeks in rehab. She saw the kitchen on the way to her friend's house and fell in love with it.She never saw it again.
You never know. Always say a heartfelt "see you later" and a heartfelt "goodnight".

I've got the Samsung S20 plus and compared to my old note 9 , the S20 plus screen is larger and the phone is much thinner in design

Also the S20 plus has the fastest 5G of all 3 versions , better than the S20 or S20 Ultra . The screen size display is 6.7 inches

    Evening all :hattip:

Just got my Flu shot at a local Walgreens , so much more convenient than a 87 mile roundtrip to my VA Med center . Even got a Walgreens " red" flu fighter bandage
